If a supplement says "d-alpha tocopherol" next to vitamin entry, it's incomplete, If it says "natural mixed tocopherols", it's good!
Garbage ingredients to avoid in your supplements:
artificial dyes, added sugar, grains (wheat, corn), dairy (whey, casein), soy, corn oil, soybean oil, soy lechithin, chemical sounding ingredients you don't recognize or can't pronounce. Manufacturer must disclose the "proprietary blend" if they have one.
Probiotics-saccharomyes boulardi (good if it contains this)

Fragrance and dyes (allergies, cancer, nervous system)
Anything that starts with Methyl
Parabens (hormone effects)
"PEG" and "-eth" (toxic contaminants)
Sodium lauryl or laureth sulfate (skin damage, toxic contaminants)
Triclosan and triclocarban (thyroid concerns)
Triethanolamine (TEA) (toxic contaminants)
Products to avoid:
anti-aging creams with lactic, glycolic, AHA, and
BHA acids
lotions, shampoo, soaps with DEA
liquid hand soaps with triclosan, triclocarban
nail polish removers with formaldehyde
*Avoid sprays and the ingredient oxybenzone
*Use 7% or higher zinc oxide or titanium dioxide
*Avoid added bug screen
